In the last episode, I shared some ideas for sequencing. This week’s show covers different themes you can use. These themes are independent of the actual postures you teach and can be used with any sequence. Once you listen, you’ll hear the different themes and can try one in your next class to see how it works. I also start out the episode with some thoughts about teaching and thoughts about life, as I recorded this episode on my 58th birthday, 9/29/22. I hope you enjoy it!
