Learning Upper Body Muscles (EP.198)

Meet Allison Ray Jeraci (EP.197)

In today’s episode, you’ll meet yoga teacher Allison Ray Jeraci. Allison is an RYT 500 Hour Teacher and teaches both online and in person. Allison’s classes are filled with lots of opportunities to explore poses using various props and she has an interesting way of presenting the practice that gives the practitioner not only lots of options but cues geared towards increasing body awareness in the posture.

Meet Crystal Hoyos (EP.196)
